To recap: Mid century modern appeal and an incredible Biltmore Forest setting describe the property I recently had the pleasure of helping my friend, Jimmy Olson, purchase. The homes exterior is stunning and while the interior had some mid century modern elements, a 1990’s renovation left it needing some updates. Jimmy, equipped with plenty of renovation experience, and an appreciation for mid century modern design has launched into a major renovation of this gem with the help of his talented contractor, Veon. A lot has happened since I last visited in January.
