Oak Forest has had limited activity so far in 2015 mainly due to the lack of inventory as seems to the case in many Asheville neighborhoods. We have lots of buyers jumping in the market and not enough houses. Low inventory creates high demand. I’m happy to report – IT’S A SELLER’S MARKET AGAIN!
