We were first time home buyers, and had not lived in the area for more than a year so we weren’t all too familiar with what we wanted, let alone where we wanted to be. Carol was absolutely terrific–she was extremely patient with us when we repeatedly changed our minds about the size of house we  might want, and location we wanted to be in. She took us (all over town) to see any house we wanted, and this proved extremely useful in determining what we (as first time home buyers) did and did not want in a house. She was able to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot), and if she didn’t have an answer she found one for us. Everyone she’s referred to us has been equally wonderful to work with, from our inspector to repair companies. Carol was always very quick to respond to our inquiries and always had time for us–working with her was a great experience! A first time home buyer or not, we would highly recommend working with Carol if you’re looking for a real estate agent. She was helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and just a really great person!
