Carol took time to deduce what type of house we were looking for, showed us several, rethought her strategy, nipped and tucked our original search and voila! We found a home we loved. Then she walked us through each stage of negotiations with the sellers using her years of experience and knowledge. We were able to purchase the perfect house for us. And, she is our first friend in the Asheville area.
