There are many condo choices for downtown living in Asheville. Wonderful historic renovations as well as newer modern structures that add an eclectic flavor to the downtown scene that is uniquely Asheville!
When looking at specific downtown living choices, these are my top picks based on location, parking and amenities.
60 North Market
Completed in 2008 – this mixed-use structure features impressive floor-to ceiling windows and includes several live/work gallery lofts. I like the location, close enough to walk to all of downtown’s amenities but off the beaten path. Add to that the views, clubhouse, fitness space and secure garage parking.
12 South Lexington
Completed in 2007- this mixed-use, modern construction is a favorite if you want to be in the center of activity. The units are all unique with a wide variety of finishes and styles from loft to traditional. Amenities include green construction, views, roof-top terrace and secure garage parking.
Rankin Press Lofts
This recent historical building renovation features lofts, many with exposed brick and outdoor space. Another recommendation for central location and though this one does not include parking, it is in close proximity to at least two convenient city parking garages.
21 Battery Park
Completed in 2007 – this condo offers an ideal central location, just steps away from some of downtown Asheville’s best shopping and dining, including the Grove Arcade. I like the location, views, clubhouse, fitness space and secure garage parking.
Completed in 2007 this mixed use modular construction is a great value choice for downtown living. Recommended for the clean, modern design of it’s units. All units feature outdoor balconies and secure garage parking.
